  • Yield: 50 hl per hectare
  • Traditional with thermoregulation on 25/28 jours without yeast nor
    filtration before bottling
  • Aged one year in concrete vats / to be aged up to 10 years
  • Vin de cuve : fleure le cassis et la cerise 
Tasting commentary:
  • Sight: brilliant robe, steady purple
  •  Nose: very open, delicate, currant, violet and a bit of fennel
  • Mouth: nice volume, velvety tannins, fruity ending (currant and blackberry)

To be served with meat, BBQ, cheese courses
