Making of:

Leaf thinned out,
Maximum free-run yield: 45 to 50 hl per hectare

Vinification
  • Traditional with thermoregulation of 28 to 35 days selected
    yeast free
  • One year oak barrel ageing,to be aged up to 10 years
Conditionnement
  • 6 bouteilles par carton (7.5 kg le carton, 100 cartons par palette) 
  • 12 bouteilles par carton (15kg le carton, 50 cartons par palette) 
Tasting commentary:
  • Sight: dark purple, brilliant
  • Nose: powerful, spicy
  • Mouth: vivid attack, steady but not aggressive tannins, red fruits

To be served with game or cheese courses after decanting.
